Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Malaga, Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious hall from which we can access the kitchen, very bright thanks to its skylight and fully equipped with everything you need for short and long stays. Also, on the right-hand side from the hall, going down 3 steps, we have the living room, one of the most outstanding rooms of the apartment as it is attic and with views of the cathedral through each of its windows. The living room, with modern decoration, differentiates a living area with a sofa and Smart TV and a dining area, in addition to having a toilet.
Finally, also from the hall, we have a corridor that leads to the bedrooms, both of which are very quiet as they overlook the interior courtyard of the building. On the left is the first bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, large wardrobes and just in front, one of the bathrooms with shower and bidet. At the end of the corridor, we find the master bedroom with a 150x200 double bed with wardrobes and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
