This spectacular penthouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the eighth and top floor of a building located in the historic neighborhood of Echeverria del Palo, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Entering the apartment we directly access the living room, with a sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and side table. At the back of the room we find an area with a desk. From the living room we can go out to the spectacular terrace, through large windows that give a lot of light to the property, and that surrounds practically the entire apartment. The terrace has an area with armchairs, sun loungers and a dining table to enjoy the magnificent Malaga weather. From it we can appreciate impressive views of the sea and the entire neighborhood, as well as Malaga Montains in the background. Returning to the living room, we find the dining area, which also has direct access to the terrace. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is open to the living room although it is separated from it by a wall. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Next to the kitchen, there is a corridor through which you access the 3 bedrooms. The first of them is exterior and has a 1.35 x 2 m double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk and chair. Just opposite we find the master bedroom, with a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, built-in wardrobe, full en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace. On the other side of the corridor we find the last bedroom, with 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m. This bedroom is also exterior and has a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the second full bathroom with a shower. The building has an elevator only to the seventh floor, so you have to climb the stairs to the top floor. In addition, the apartment has a parking space for the use of our guests, in the garage located in the same building. The apartment area is full of life, with many bars, supermarkets and small neighborhood shops. In addition, the promenade is just a few minutes walk away, where you can enjoy the best Malaga cuisine and taste the famous "fried fish" and sardine "espetos", declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. It is also a very quiet place where there is still a lot of the typical essence of Malaga, as well as the fishermen who used to live and still live in that area of ​​the city. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
