Fabulous apartment in the historic center of Malaga, in front of the Cathedral of the Incarnation. It belongs to a large building completely renovated with luxurious qualities. Entering the apartment on the left we find a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary for our stay and a high table with two stools where you can enjoy breakfast. To the right is the double-height living-dining room with two sofas, a side table, Smart TV, a dining table with capacity for up to six people and two balconies with views of the Cathedral that bring a lot of light to the apartment. Next to the living room is the first bedroom that has a balcony with views of the Cathedral, a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a complete en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Going down the three steps we find a toilet on the right and in front of these the corridor where the other rooms of the apartment are distributed. Entering through this corridor, to the right there is a complete bathroom with a shower. To the left is the second bedroom with a large window, a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm double bed, chair, wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom with shower. Our Building is one of the few that has a community pool in the Historic Center, and although it is small it will only be for the guests of the only 6 apartments in the building. Are distributed in 2 plants. In the main room there is a living room with 2 large windows and a small sofa bed (for only 1 person to sleep), the kitchen integrated into the living room and a bathroom with a shower. Down a flight of stairs is the spacious bedroom for 3 people, where we have 1 comfortable double bed and another single bed for our guests. If what you are looking for is a comfortable apartment that allows you to get to know the city without needing a car, you won't go wrong. The pool is open all year round ;)

The living room, with modern decoration, differentiates a living area with a sofa and Smart TV and a dining area, in addition to having a toilet. Finally, also from the hall, we have a corridor that leads to the bedrooms, both of which are very quiet as they overlook the interior courtyard of the building. On the left is the first bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, large wardrobes and just in front, one of the bathrooms with shower and bidet.
