The apartment is furnished with a king-size bed. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower. A smart TV is also included. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services. For this we would only charge an amount of €100 plus VAT per month For rentals of less than 6 months, 7% VAT must be added to the net rent.
