The shared kitchen contains everything that is needed for cooking, such as an oven, a coffee machine and a kettle. The washing machine is also located here. The divided bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. As a result, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day. This this change will not affect the price or rental period. - The final cleaning fee includes not only the move-out cleaning itself, but also represents a membership fee that grants the tenant access to an international community of young professionals. The apartment is equipped with a king-size bed with a full Atext natural rubber mattress. The modern bathroom has a bathtub with a glass shower cubicle. Free cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services. *Access to the apartments is possible via electric locks. Please note that this apartment building has multiple units and it is possible that you may be assigned a different but identical apartment than the original one.

For this we would only charge an amount of €100 plus VAT per month For rentals of less than 6 months, 7% VAT must be added to the net rent. An internet flat rate in the apartment can optionally be booked for EUR 29.75 per month. This price includes 19% VAT, which will be shown on the invoices.
