With two fireplaces, including a wood-burning one, and a private bi-level garden, this residence offers a unique experience. The highlight is the south-facing mezzanine-level living room, featuring soaring ceilings and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light and seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The open floor plan encompasses a chic dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen with Caesarstone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The master suite offers a tranquil retreat with a luxurious Porcelanosa-tiled spa bath, rain shower, and double sinks. Upstairs, a second bedroom awaits with its own fireplace and a full bath. Outside, the two-tiered Bluestone-paved garden is perfect for entertaining.

The Neighborhood:
The epicenter of the city's 1960s counterculture movement, the tree-lined streets of Greenwich Village are now a hub of popular cafes, bars and restaurants. Jazz clubs and Off-Broadway Theaters can also be found amid the brownstones and New York University buildings. At its heart is Washington Square Park, where people mingle around the central plaza. Rainbow flags attest to the neighborhood's LGBT-friendly vibe.

This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that this property requires a $5000 security deposit for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed and through the property manager as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
