You cover a monthly fee and everything comes included: no utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs! BEDROOM Private rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in ready and fully furnished, there's no need to even bring a pillow:) Each room feels calm, spacious, and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. COMMON AREAS New York Friends Home was exclusively designed to be comfortable for all members in any room of the house. Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with a huge TV with Netflix, and a kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world. You will stay in a beautiful 3 or 7-bedroom apartment. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.

*Only leases starting between the 1st and 7th and ending on the last day of the month can be accepted. This unit is only a few blocks from the M Train and a few more minutes to the J and Z train. This is a private single bedroom in a fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 1,5 bathroom apartment. The apartment is spacious duplex and modern with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, a desk and lamp. The bedroom comes fully set up ready for you to move in. ***The host requires proof of identity and income before you are allowed in the apartment - Copy of US ID (or visa) - Two most recent bank statements - Two most recent pay stubs - If a student, a school enrollment letter or schedule - Social security number
