It boasts a living room complete with the usual entertainment appliances such as a flat screen TV with cable and fast WIFI access and a well-appointed kitchen where you can find the amenities needed to prepare large, hearty meals.
The property is divided in two levels: on the ground level, you will find the living room and open dining area, kitchen and a separate toilet with sink.
On the second floor, you will find three (3) bedrooms: one is a queen-sized bed, the second one is a double-sized bed and the third one is 2 single beds. The third bedroom is highly recommended for kids or teenagers. Nearby, you will find one full bathroom comprising of a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink.
You must provide the following documents to confirm your rental:
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of a French home insurance
- Certificate of eligibility of a financial guarantor or pre-lease payment every 3 months
- a copy of the bank transfer for the refundable security deposit before arrival

We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.
Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate. After this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
