Our rooms come fully furnished with an en suite bathroom. You can choose a bedroom with a single or double bed. The bed has many drawers, and of course you will find a wardrobe (even two for the rooms with a double bed). All the rooms are equipped with a premium mattress, pillows, blankets, bedside table (incl. lamp), a smart work station and a hair dryer. a 154 sqm triplex apartment with a rooftop. You will find a community kitchen and three huge living areas in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a combiner's oven and a coffee corner. The main living room has a dining / working table as well as a sofa area incl. smart tv. The two other living rooms are on the third floor with direct access to the rooftop (exclusive for our co-livers). Next to it there's a cinema area with a projector for long movie nights. an old industrial building converted into a residential building. In the building, there are multiple other private apartments, thus it's a quiet neighborhood. - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Towels and sheets are not included nor provided - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. As a result, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day.
