This studio features a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer. The family room's kitchenette can be used to prepare meals and store groceries. The room also features carpeted floors, heating and a flat-screen satellite TV. The Hotel is next to the Porsche factory/museum in Stuttgart. The nearby A81 motorway exit provides easy access to the city center, the trade fair and Stuttgart Airport. located in the Zuffenhausen district between Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg. Stuttgart Airport and the New Trade Fair Center can be reached in a 25-minute drive. The Neuwirtshaus/Porscheplatz S-Bahn station is a 12-minute walk from the Hotel. No washing facilities available.

Live like in the Hampton’s – only in Stuttgart. The spacious living room with desk flows openly into the adjacent dining room, giving the impression of a large room. Of course equipped with a couch and a dining area for 4 people. From the living room is the balcony. We have a guest room in the apartment. For permanent 3-occupancy there is a surcharge of €195. In the light-flooded bedroom, a bed with separate quality mattresses in different degrees of hardness ensures optimal sleep. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking. The high-quality, daylight bathroom has a glass shower enclosure and a toilet. Exclusive real wood flooring is installed throughout the entire apartment - except in the wet area. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a SmartTV and high-speed internet/WLAN. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Parking is only possible upon request and subject to availability (extra fee). In the basement there is a well-equipped laundry room that is accessible to all residents of the house. There are two washing machines and two dryers (bldg.) that are equipped with the "WeWash system".
