The Barracart Apartments are located in Valencia, 500 m from the beach, in a charming building with several green areas, with a common terrace on the roof. This studio is located on the ground floor, with windows facing the main street (facade) - a quiet street -, and the interior patio. The apartment is adapted for wheelchair use. The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, microwave oven, toaster and coffee makers. All accommodation includes a private bathroom with a shower. Towels, bedding, hygiene and cleaning products are provided. All supplies included, fiber optic Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels included, video surveillance in common areas. We offer additional cleaning service, bicycles, parking on request, for a fee. For "workation" stays, upon request, we provide a folding computer table (80 x 45 cm) for exclusive work use. *Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except on the common terrace (rooftop). **It is necessary to specify the purpose of the stay (work, tourism, teleworking...). No activity open to the public is allowed. ***The owner requires documentation to establish the solvency of the client, except prepayment of the entire stay. Our double rooms have all the style  and amenities necessary for a comfortable staying. All the rooms has the same quality and standard for a luxury  experience. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms have minibars, safes and flat-screen TVs. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries. One of the rooms is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. There are many bars, restaurants and stores in the streets surrounding Valencia's old town is 3 km away and also offers a wide selection of dining options and a lively nightlife. The Amistat metro station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and connects to the rest of the City. Valencia's port and beach are 3 km away, while Valencia Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The Coliving consists of 10 newly renovated rooms designed with a modern and very comfortable atmosphere, each room has high quality wardrobes and furniture. Each floor is fully equipped and furnished. It is a different co-living in which you have your own space at the same time that you can meet and share synergies with people like you. - Bills included (electricity, internet, water) up to 50 euros/month. The owner does not provide towels, only sheets.

All supplies are included (electricity up to €50/month).
