The apartment has a living room / bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. We have a large flat screen TV (42 ") with satellite TV and of course fast WiFi (included in the price). The rooms are equipped with box spring beds (Made in Austria) and very high quality mattresses. They can either stand alone or be connected to a large double bed (1.80m). There is also an additional pull-out double bed (1.60 m). The apartments offer a full sleeping facility for up to four people. Soundproof windows and ventilation are installed in the rooms, so it doesn't get uncomfortably loud despite the street situation, and the windows can remain closed thanks to the ventilation. Cyclists can store their bikes overnight in a bicycle storage room. All rooms are non-smoking. However, there is a covered smoking niche in the entrance area!
