One badroom apartment

Our apartment is located on the port of Genoa, a perfect location for anyone arriving from outside the city by car or ferry, and convenient for reaching Piazza Principe station and the historic center, with its alleys and shops. Casa Vermiglio consists of a large, recently renovated open space with an open kitchen and a single sofa bed, a double bedroom with a view of the marina and a large bathroom with shower in front of the room. The induction kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, kettle and microwave, and in the house you will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and private paid parking (10/day), on request. It is located in a modern, quiet building with a lift. Easily reachable from the motorway and well connected to the airport and the station from which all trains leave for Liguria and the main Italian cities, it is therefore an ideal apartment also for those passing through for a traveling holiday! ***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 3 guests. Any additional guests staying in the apartment will be subject to an additional charge of €300 per person by the supplier.
