Country house dream - coach house under walnut trees

The over 100-year-old two-storey coach house has been converted into a well-designed 50 m² cottage, the barn doors have been replaced by glazing and doors so that there is always a connection to the old garden with its venerable walnut trees. First floor: 3-meter-long kitchenette with window above the sink and a sofa bed in the living and kitchen area. There is a dining table at the large, floor-to-ceiling window where 3 people can dine - very cozy thanks to the old brick ceiling and the floor in natural stone design warmed by modern underfloor heating. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (1.40 m). An oak staircase, under which the shower room is cleverly arranged, leads to the bedroom with workstation. Entrance via a wide garden terrace where you can sit and have a BBQ in small groups. For use at the neighboring cottage: common room (5 m²) with washing machine/dryer. Next to it a newly equipped fitness room (18 m²) (appointment on request).
