We are a coliving and coworking community, and most areas are shared with other residents – like the 2 bathrooms (3 bedrooms => 1 bathroom), the kitchenettes/living areas, the swimming pool, the gardens, and the coworking space – a stunning wooden cabin with comfortable chairs, 23.8" LCD monitors, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The free Wi-Fi is over 500 Mbps next to the router. An Air Fryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, cups, and a kitchen sink are available in each accommodation unit's kitchenette/living area. In the coworking space, you will have a bathroom and a kitchen with the same appliances as the accommodation unit's kitchenettes and, additionally, an upright freezer, a dual-plate induction cooker, a rice cooker, a mixer, a citrus juicer, several microwave cookware like a pot for potatoes and crisps, a rice pot, a multifunctional pot, and an eggs/omelets pot.
