The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher , vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: washing machine, Italian coffee maker, nesspreso, hair dryer and iron. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. This apartment is designed for corporate stays, not for students. Therefore, the company behind its management, could ask for the work contract/three last payslips. If guests declines to show them, they can cancel the reservation within 24h from its confirmation.
