About This Property
Our newly refurbished, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment extends over a spacious 50 m2 in a typical Viennese old building.The accommodation consists of a courtyard-side sleeping cabinet with a large double bed, a spacious street-side living room, in which a cozy pull-out couch offers another sleeping space for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor, but not visible, because all street-side windows have a privacy screen. Your security is also taken care of, since lockable burglar locks are attached to all windows. The house in which the apartment is located is currently being completely renovated, so construction work is currently ongoing, but should not affect the comfort in the apartment itself. In terms of technical equipment, we offer our guests free WiFi, a new 55-inch flat-screen TV, free access to Netflix and a charging station for smartphones and the like.
