The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. The living room has a sofa with four seats crib and flatscreen TV. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. This apartment is designed for corporate stays, not for students. Therefore, the company behind its management, could ask for the work contract/three last payslips. If guests declines to show them, they can cancel the reservation within 24h from its confirmation. Lastly, the owner of this property is a particular, therefore, even if he could issue a document supporting the payout of the rent & the reservation details, he cannot invoice.
