From here you can reach the idyllic spa park or the city center in 1 minute on the parallel Louisenstrasse. Leisure activities include the Taunus Therme, the Seedammbad, the tennis court and the library are close to the property. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a living room with an open kitchen, a separate shower room and a bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with various cooking utensils, cutlery and dishes. The living space is bright and friendly with a beautiful view of the promenade and your villas. A TV and the corresponding connection are available. Washing machines (coin-operated washing machines) are available for use in the basement. Also ideal for commuters to Frankfurt who want to live in a quieter and more well-kept area. The property is located in the city center. There are no parking spaces belonging to the property. There are public and free parking spaces in Schwedenpfad and in Landgrafenstrasse (only on the right-hand side, the left is subject to a charge!) You can usually find a parking space here (no guarantee!) Parking spaces are chargeable from Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parking here is free outside of these times and on Sundays and public holidays. If you register your residence here, you will be entitled to a parking permit for residents for around €40 per year.
