This apartment on the raised ground floor has 92 square meters and is suitable for up to 7 people. It consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 bedrooms - one with 2 and one with 3 comfortable single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle, a guest toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (4 ceramic hobs) with exhaust air, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and, of course, plenty of crockery. The apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV, a music system and a hair dryer, as well as free Internet access via WiFi. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge. Bed linen and towels can be provided if required. Parking for your car can be found on our private parking lot in front of the house or at any time on the side of the road. Pets are only allowed on request, they will be charged 300 euros for the entire stay. From the 4th person, an additional 195 euros will be charged per month.
