Modern apartment in a residential neighborhood, a few steps from Bologna central station. The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, opens onto a hallway which gives access to the rooms. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a television, as well as a small balcony and a well-equipped open kitchen complete with oven, espresso machine and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first furnished with a double bed, while the second has two single beds. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout. Guests will have access to air conditioning throughout the accommodation, independent heating for the colder days and free wi-fi.
