This modern one-room apartment, located in a newly constructed building in the panoramic area of Collina d'Oro, consists of a bright and well-furnished open-plan living room. Here there is space both for the living area, consisting of a corner with two armchairs for reading a book and chatting in company after a day of sightseeing, and for the sleeping area with a double bed.
