The up to 21m² studio is spacious and has a cozy double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a bathroom and a kitchenette included dishes, glasses, bowls, pots. The equipment includes a flat screen TV, dishwasher, hob and microwave. The specified images are sample images. +Uncomplicated check-in on the day of arrival+. 1) Use of the free app "Hotelbird" for PreCheckIn and room card. On the day of arrival, you can already check in on the go. Simply enter the booking number and last name of the booking and follow the instructions in the app. Through the app, you use your phone as a key and can no longer lose it. To use the app, you must activate the Bluetooth function!!! 2) Use of the checkin-kiosk on site. Our checkin kiosk is available 24/7. Have your booking number and last name of the booking ready and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that you can only create your room card via app or checkin kiosk after 3pm. We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the house. From March 1st, 2024, the city of Mannheim will levy a City Tax for stays of up to 21 nights. This tax amounts to 3.5% of the net accommodation price and is already included in our offer. The City Tax will also be charged in the event of a no-show.
