The open plan living/dining room is furnished with a solid oak dining table with 8 chairs, two premium leather reclining 3 seater sofas, 40 inch HD television, blu ray player and double glazed French doors and window. There is also a separate toilet and hand-basin on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms featuring solid oak beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a three-piece en suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a three-piece en suite shower room. The third bedroom has a double bed.
