The perfect base for couples wishing to visit the city on foot, families touring Ticino or workers on business trips. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a recently constructed building and is only a few steps away from the Exhibition Centre, where some of the most important trade fairs and events in Ticino are held, and from Parco Ciani with its lakeside promenade. The open-plan living room consists of a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, a living area with a table for 4 people, a TV with which to relax at the end of the day, and a sofa which makes an excellent double bed for the night. The large window illuminates the entire room and takes you out onto the terrace to enjoy a breath of fresh air or an aperitif as the sun goes down. The master bedroom is cosy and has a large wardrobe. ROGGIA 14 concludes with a bathroom equipped with a modern shower with 'hydromassage' jets. Leave your car parked in the private car park: the historic centre is only 10 minutes away! A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
