About This Property

Welcome to our charming home in Homerton! Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a spacious living room featuring a traditional bay window and fireplace and a cosy sofa corner, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The ground floor also hosts a large kitchen dining space, complete with a dining table to accommodate four people comfortably. The kitchen opens up to the south-facing courtyard garden where all through spring and summer there are Jasmin, Oleander, and Wisteria blooming. On the first floor, two well-maintained bedrooms offer ample storage space for your belongings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom, equipped with a free-standing bathtub, provides a relaxing retreat where you can rejuvenate. The house is easy to reach from all airports, with Homerton Station just a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house from where you can catch a bus to Canary Wharf, the City, London Bridge and Victoria. The house is in one of London's trendiest and most family-friendly neighbourhoods. Within a few minutes you are in Victoria Park or on Chatsworth Road, Broadway Market and Hackney Wick are just a short walk away too. Our personal favourites in the area are Pophams in Victoria Village for pastry, Leo's on Chatsworth Road serves great coffee and has international newspapers lying around, Shankey's on Wells Street serves delicious Indian food and exquisite cocktails (booking recommended). Explore the many local pubs, from The Gun for good music to The Empress for a family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food. For sports enthusiasts, The Kenton Arms is just across the street, while The Hawke Pub serves inventive cuisine. And don't forget to sample the best fish and chips at The Hemingway on Victoria Park Road. For families, there is a fantastic adventure playground in Victoria Park (follow the signs to 'the Hub - Park Cafe') and the Young V&A Museum in Bethnal Green. You can find many local amenities on Well Street; a Tesco, a post office, a dry laundry service, a pharmacy and several cash points. For fresh produce, visit the greengrocer 'Apple and Orange' opposite Tesco, or grab some artisanal bread from Well Street Kitchen. In Homerton, there's something for everyone, promising a memorable stay in this vibrant corner of London. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a delightful experience.
