This bedroom also has a nice work space furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp that will allow you to work the best way possible. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. The toilet is separated to allow the colivers to keep their privacy. We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. The classic and sophisticated decoration of the flat has been chosen to allow each coliver to feel at home, by adding its own touch. The room, which has a balcony, is ideally located in a beautiful apartment secured with connected locks in the heart of a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. You have a car? Car park spaces are available for rent inside the residence. At Colivys, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions. *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner).
