The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building.***The landlord requires your tax code ("Codice Fiscale") for the necessary registration of your contract. While it's not an immediate requirement upon booking, having it ready at the earliest convenience would be highly beneficial. To obtain it, you can visit the Italian embassy in your country or directly approach the "Agenzia delle Entrate" upon your arrival in Italy.
