On the top floor of 80 square meters you live in 3 bedrooms with a view of the Nibelungen Bridge, the Danube and the Ars Electronica Center. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main square. Each room has a desk, the cozy living room is equipped with a Smart TV, the kitchen-cum-living room has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom (with hairdryer) and toilet are separate. The apartment is completely new and modern and offers everything you need to live. Whether in transit or for a longer stay, whether for tourism or business, nothing is missing. The kitchen offers everything you need for a cozy evening of cooking. From the electric stove to pots, golden cutlery, a stylish service to the dishwasher, everything is available. There is also a washing machine (in the basement). Wi-Fi too, of course! The apartment has a lockable cellar compartment in which bicycles can be parked. As you will see, we love decoration and are sure that you will feel very comfortable with it.
