The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Wilhelminian style house and impresses with high ceilings and bright, large rooms. A large living room, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious hallway lead to the small, well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. Due to the west-facing orientation and lack of a neighboring house opposite, you can feel comfortable in the apartment without prying eyes and in sun-drenched rooms (which can be darkened by blinds if you want). The interior of the apartment captivates with bright colors, plenty of storage space and is made into a unique home thanks to modern design items (mostly handmade).
