Large and bright apartment perfect for hosting a family, in an area full of city parks and close to the S.Orsola hospital complex. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift. The entrance opens onto a hallway which then leads to the living area consisting of a well-equipped independent kitchen, equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher, and a living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table. A French window with access to the balcony makes the room bright. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Free Wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom, and central heating will be available in the accommodation. The apartment is well connected to the center and the central station via bus number 27 which stops outside the house. ***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 4 guests.
