Additional features include a DVD player, a designer audio system and a stereo TV. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Additional cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services. A second person can of course also live in the apartment. For this we would only charge an amount of € 77 per month The rental price includes 7% VAT, which is shown on the invoices. An internet flat rate in the apartment can optionally be booked for EUR 29.75 per month.
