For private customers, a one-time deposit of two months' rent is required, which is transferred to the landlord. Business bookings are excluded. The cozy apartment leaves nothing to be desired and offers a feel-good atmosphere for a long-stay stay. The apartment is equipped with a king-size bed with a full Atext natural rubber mattress. Further equipment includes a smart TV and an audio system. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Free cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services. A second person can of course also live in the apartment. For this we would only charge an amount of €100 plus VAT per month For rentals of less than 6 months, 7% VAT must be added to the net rent. An internet flat rate in the apartment can optionally be booked for EUR 29.75 per month. This price includes 19% VAT, which will be shown on the invoices. The fees for 'Deutschlandradio/GEZ' are NOT included in the additional costs and may have to be paid by the tenant himself. *Access to the apartments is possible via electric locks.
