The building has an elevator and concierge available all day. ROOM 3 - A brand new cozy room This cozy room is furnished with everything you need: a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a full-size bed (200x120cm) with a night table and lamp and a desk with a matching chair. Please note a 25% short term fee applies for contracts ending before July 31st 2024. The age of the target group booking this property is between 18 and 30. The landlord charges a one-time administrative fee covering VAT, contract registration, third-party insurance, bedding and towel package, initial and final room cleaning, and garbage tax. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including free cancellation, and is included in the final cleaning charge. Within 48 hours of booking acceptance, a non-refundable admin fee is due directly to the landlord to secure your reservation. Failure to pay within 48 hours results in an unconfirmed booking; the landlord may cancel it. No refund for the initial month's rent if cancellation occurs due to non-payment of the admin fee and the policy doesn't permit free cancellation. The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay.
