Thanks to this apartment, completely renovated with taste and modernity, you will quickly be in the key places of Lyon. This accommodation has a balcony designed to make you feel at home, in a residence with a large park. It consists of a large bedroom with a bed and access to the south-facing balcony. The living room includes a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV and a laundry room with everything necessary to accommodate young children (travel cot, bathtub, baby potty, chair, sheets and baby blankets not provided). We provide you with emergency products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included. Parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighborhood are prohibited in our apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial sanction. IMPORTANT: a bank card deposit of €500 will be required 48 hours before the start of the stay. Thank you for your understanding. if the owner has not received the deposit 48 hours after confirmation of the reservation, the reservation will be canceled.
