Infrared floor heating allows you to feel in comfort and coziness. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. One of them has doubel bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. In the second bedroom-living room with access to a huge balcony, you will find a work desk, a comfortable sofa , that can be used as a bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200), a smart TV (48``). A modern bathroom with a window, equipped with a large shower. The apartment also has a separated big kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and a table, as well as a dressing room.On the balcony smoking is allowed. In the apartment smoking is not permitted. Important note: the tenants are obliged to register their place of residence in our apartment with the registration office.
