The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with a lift and welcomes the guest with a large entrance hall, equipped with a shoe rack and overlooking the living room. The bright open space living area, with beautiful black marble flooring, includes a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, large bookcase, TV, dining table with chairs and a well-equipped open kitchen complete with oven and kettle. From the living room it is possible to access the balcony of the apartment via a French window, which houses a lovely coffee table. The room, furnished in shades of red, is complete with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and window. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Guests will enjoy a beautiful piano located in the living room, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi connection. *The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot. ***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 2 guests.
