This modern studio apartment is perfect for a couple on vacation, but also for a business trip, given the proximity to the Exhibition Center and the business area of Lugano. The bright living room consists of a TV area, with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night, and a brand new kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The living room leads to the large garden of 50 square meters with lawn. Complete the apartment with a bathroom with hydromassage shower. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
