Our cozy, approximately 46m ² duplex apartments have a balcony, bathroom, kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom and offer you every comfort for a pleasant everyday. The apartments can be used as single or double rooms. In the open kitchen you can prepare your meals in a relaxed way like at home. There are, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery and a comfortable seating available. Afterwards, the dishwasher does the washing up almost by itself. The sofa in the living area invites you to a cozy evening in front of the large flat screen. If you want, transform the sofa into a comfortable decking. The dimmable LED lights provide a relaxed atmosphere. And if you still want to work, use Wi-Fi or LAN with fast internet - anytime, at no extra charge. A staircase leads to the separate bedroom. There you will find a modern box spring bed (160x200) as well as a TV, a spacious wardrobe and a storage room for your suitcases. The bathroom provides a perfect start to the day with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and spacious vanity unit.
