Check-in always on the 1st or 15th of the month and check-out always on the 14th or last of the month. This may be adjusted in the inquiry process. In addition to your own micro-apartment, our café with terrace in the courtyard, co-working space, a gym, a cinema, a library, a kitchen for communal cooking and a roof terrace are always available to you. Please note that the final cleaning fee is a one-time administration fee. This is due before moving in. There is no additional final cleaning fee! Floor plans vary.
