Quiet, well soundproofed and very bright, this furnished apartment is ideal for 2 people but could accommodate a third person. It consists of a cozy living room with its contemporary sofa, the famous "Bookworm" bookcase and the large "Bourgie" lamp by Kartell. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space and a dishwasher. The bedroom can offer a 160cm double bed with high-density zipped mattresses, or two single beds, as desired. A staircase reveals a small independent office with a bed for 1 person, and another workspace with a table and its "Victoria" chair by designer Philippe Starck. The small office mezzanine allows you to store your luggage. The bathroom is functional with WC and washing machine. Wardrobe, shelves, dressers allow you to store your personal effects. The large roof window is electrically opening and closes automatically in the event of rain, its electric external thermal shutter is useful in very cold or hot weather. Completely renovated, the apartment is fully equipped, functional and tastefully furnished. Important information: A tourist tax of 0.99 € per day per person, will be paid directly on site.
