The cozy apartment leaves nothing to be desired and offers a feel-good atmosphere for a long-stay stay. The apartment is equipped with a king-size bed with a full latex natural rubber mattress. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Free cleaning and laundry services are offered as additional services. A second person can of course also live in the apartment. For this we would only charge an amount of €77 per month. The rental price includes 7% VAT, which is shown on the invoices. An internet flat rate in the apartment can be booked optionally for EUR 29.75 per month. This price includes 19% VAT, which is shown on the invoices. *Access to the apartments is possible via electric locks.
