There are 2 and half bathrooms that include 3 toilets. The 4th bedroom is on the top level, and has 2 single beds and a lovely terrace with flowers and 2 bistro table and chairs. You must provide the following documents to confirm your rental: - Copy of your passport - Copy of a French home insurance - Certificate of eligibility of a financial guarantor or pre-lease payment every 3 months - a copy of the bank transfer for the refundable security deposit before arrival We can recommend rental insurance and a financial guarantor We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.
