The "Eldalio" is your second home in the Cologne/Bonn region. Outside your apartment you will meet people who, like you, are staying here. You meet in the shared kitchen and cook together. You can use the shared living room, the roof terrace or the co-working space. Despite the guaranteed privacy, you are not alone and share our wonderful house with other interesting people who understand you. We have lovingly furnished it for you. After all, it should be your second home and the perfect retreat for you. • Apartment size 17 sqm + 9 sqm share of total living space (131 sqm) • Air conditioning (extra charge €59 per month, May-August) • Electronic access • Bed linen and towels are provided and changed regularly • Room cleaned once a week • Starter set of toiletries (shower gel + shampoo) when you move in • Hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle in the room • Use; large private compartment in refrigerators and freezers, as well as a large private compartment for kitchen utensils and food in the shared kitchen • Use of common areas: kitchen, terrace (roof terrace with a view of the Siebengebirge and the Rhine), co-working space and living room • Daily cleaning of all common areas by the landlord • Use of washing machines, dryers (€39 extra per month) • Use of iron and ironing board • Free use of WiFi
