These suites celebrate original features of our 19th century building, with large windows overlooking the canal. In around 34m², you’ll have room to relax, with a king-size bed and comfy sofa in the separate living area. And space to live, with a fully-equipped Smeg kitchen including hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as lots of designer cooking gear. Each apartment is unique, with original features like exposed brick walls, a colour palette inspired by the Manchester skyline and a stylish black kitchen for cooking in. You’ll also have the run of our communal areas – the coffee shop, restaurant, co-working space and workout studio – all positioned around our beautiful glass-atriumed bar. Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Gym - The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
