The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with entrance under the characteristic porticoes of Bologna, is characterized by high ceilings with exposed beams which make the environment warm and welcoming. The entrance opens onto a small hallway with wardrobe and coat rack which leads to the living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, chest of drawers, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen. Directly connected to the open space, the room is equipped with a double bed and access to a bathroom with shower. Comforts such as washing machine and heating will be available in the accommodation. *The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot. ***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 2 guests.
