Apartment recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, with two large double bedrooms, perfect for families or couples of friends. Located in a strategic position near Bologna central station and the historic center, it is located on the first floor of a residential building, in a quiet area. The house develops along the corridor: from the entrance, proceeding to the right, guests will find the bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine, and one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a comfortable armchair. On the opposite side is the other bedroom, which has a double bed, a modern piece of furniture and a chest of drawers. From the center of the corridor you enter the living area, consisting of a dining room with table and fridge, and the open kitchen equipped with accessories including an oven, dishwasher and microwave. Free Wifi and heating will be available to guests. *The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot. ***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20*** IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 4 guests. Any additional guests staying in the apartment will be subject to an additional charge of €300 per person by the supplier.
