Cozy Apartments - fully equipped studio with kitchen

The cozy studio apartment is stylish and warm at the same time and offers you a relaxed atmosphere in your temporary home. Your kitchen is equipped with Alessi cutlery and crockery, a kettle, microwave and stove. For stays of 28 nights or more, a welcome pack awaits you for the first evening, which will bring you closer to our Italian origins. You can work in the apartment or in the "Salone" - the common area on the ground floor. Here you can also just relax, read, meet up with neighbors or friends. A small conference area is available for a meeting. We grant you your privacy and clean your apartment once a week (with linen change). Our "Lavanderia", the launderette with machine and dryer, is of course available to you at any time (for a fee). During office hours, a team takes care of all your concerns, check-in is done digitally via the Hotelbird app and is possible 24/7. An underground car park is located in the house and has space for two or four-wheelers.
