This apartment on the top floor has 92 square meters and is suitable for an occupancy of up to 7 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with two comfortable single beds each, a living room with 2 sofa beds and a balcony with a view of the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a guest toilet. The heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler. An additional bed can be placed in the large bedroom if required. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with exhaust air, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment and of course plenty of dishes. The apartment is also equipped with a flat screen TV, a music system and a hair dryer, as well as free internet access via WiFi. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge. Bed linen and towels can be provided if required. You can find parking for your car in our private parking lot in front of the house or at any time on the roadside. Pets are only allowed on request, 300 euros will be charged for the entire stay.
