With a surface area of 24m² and renovated at the end of 2021, it is a modern, practical and very central studio. With its double bed on the mezzanine and its sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. It is equipped with a dressing room, an open and equipped kitchen (combined oven, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and induction hob...), a table for 4 people and a television. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a hair dryer and a towel dryer.
